Thank you for shopping with Auralore! We want you to feel confident when placing an order through our store. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please be aware that due to product providers and situational circumstance, customers are responsible for providing return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Final sale or clearance items (*Skin Care Tech Collection)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Beauty, skincare, or hygiene products that have been opened or used
- Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order information.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be canceled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary
